2. The Client agrees to pay Filmmakers of London the following fees in relation to this booking.

2.1 The Client agrees that the Reservation Deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.

2.2 The balance payment shall be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice upon completion of production. The Client will be sent a watermarked preview of the final product for approval upon completion.

3. Unless agreed otherwise in writing The client is responsible for obtaining permission for entry to and the filming of all applicable locations and to advise Filmmakers of London of any restrictions or policies in place at all applicable locations.

3.1 Unless agreed otherwise in writing The Client is responsible for gathering any necessary filming/photographing permissions.

4. If Filmmakers of London has reason for not performing under this agreement, the following provisions shall apply:

4.1 If Filmmakers of London cannot attend to their duties for logistical reasons out of their control, medical reasons or other emergency, all effort shall be made by them to engage a replacement video production provider at no extra cost to the Client. If a replacement provider cannot be sourced or the Client is not satisfied with the proposed replacement, all monies paid by the Client (including the Reservation Deposit) shall be refunded in full and Filmmakers of London liability shall be limited to this refund.

4.2 Filmmakers of London undertake to use the utmost care and reliable equipment throughout the capturing, backup, processing and transportation of the material. If however, the material is lost, stolen or damaged for any reason, Filmmakers of London will refund all monies received and their liability shall be limited to this refund. If a portion of the material is lost, stolen or damaged for any reason, then the refund shall be calculated pro-rata based on the ability to still deliver the agreed brief and their liability shall be limited to this partial refund.

5. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no changes or variations shall be valid unless done in writing and signed by all parties. Additional extras requested beyond those detailed in the event brief field above shall be quoted for and paid on order.
