(Hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Client" and who shall be jointly and severally responsible).

The agreement:

1. The Client hereby engages Filmmakers of London to cover the marriage of the Client on the date and time stated below with the following package option and start location:

2. The Client agrees to pay Filmmakers of London’s fee on the following terms:

2.1 The Client has 14 days after the signing of this agreement to cancel and receive a full refund of their reservation deposit. After this cooling off period the client agrees that the Reservation Deposit is not fully refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client. If the Client cancels and provides Filmmakers of London with written notification 26 weeks prior to the event date, the Reservation Deposit shall be refunded minus a £100 administration fee to cover costs already incurred. If the Client cancels and provides Filmmakers of London with written notification less than 26 weeks prior to the event date, the Reservation Deposit shall not be refundable.

2.2 Up until 28 days before the event date any fees paid excluding the Reservation deposit will be refunded on written notice of cancellation by the Client. After 28 days prior to the Wedding date only 50% of monies paid (excluding the Reservation deposit) shall be refunded in the event of cancellation by the Client.

2.3 If the Client requires the event to be postponed or rescheduled, then any fees paid shall be transferable to a new date. If Filmmakers of London are unable to accommodate this re-arranged date then the Client will be entitled to a full refund, minus a £100 administration fee.

2.4 Additional hours filming/photography required on the wedding day shall be charged at £50 per hour per videographer/photographer on all full day packages and £150 per hour on half-day packages. Additional charges shall become payable within 7 days of presentation of an invoice by the Filmmakers of London.

3. It is the Client's responsibility to obtain any permits, permissions and entry to for filming/photographing all applicable locations and to advise Filmmakers of London of any restrictions or policies in place at all applicable locations.

3.1 The Client is responsible for gathering filming/photography permissions from guests when necessary.

3.2 The Client is responsible for providing a meal per videographer/photographer for any weddings or events greater than 6 hours in duration. This is to be provided at an appropriate time during the day and not after the filming of event has concluded.

4.1 Filmmakers of London may keep all personal data collected through this form, email correspondence and in video & photo format indefinitely. The Client has the right to be forgotten and can request this data to be deleted in writing at any time once services have been provided to client. Filmmakers of London shall not release or share any personal information or material to third parties, without the clients express written permission. Filmmakers of London may however wish to use material and data collected for marketing and promotional purposes on their website, social media pages and wedding directories with consent from the Client. Consent from the Client may be withdrawn in writing at any time.

5. Filmmakers of London shall retain Copyright of all the material produced by Filmmakers of London.

5.1. Any film that contains copyrighted music will be individually licensed for home viewing only and must not be shown in public, broadcast or published on the internet without prior consent, but may be copied on permission as long as it is not for distribution or commercial use. If the client wishes to share their films online they must request a piece of licensed royalty free music to use for this purpose, and may not share or publish any copyrighted music used by Filmmakers of London.

5.2 The Client is free to make copies, share and order online prints/albums of any photography images provided by Filmmakers of London without restriction as long as not for commercial use. Images shared online must not be cropped or altered in any way.

6. If Filmmakers of London has reason for not performing under this Wedding Film Contract, the following provisions shall apply:

6.1 If Filmmakers of London cannot attend to their duties for logistical reasons out of their control, medical reasons or other emergency, all effort shall be made by them to engage a replacement videographer/photographer at no extra cost to the Client. If a replacement videographer/photographer cannot be sourced or the Client is not satisfied with the proposed replacement, all monies paid by the Client (including the Reservation Deposit) shall be refunded in full and Filmmakers of London liability shall be limited to this refund.

6.2 Filmmakers of London undertake to use the utmost care and reliable equipment throughout the capturing, backup, processing and transportation of the material. If however, the material is lost, stolen or damaged for any reason, Filmmakers of London will refund all monies received and their liability shall be limited to this refund. If a portion of the material is lost, stolen or damaged for any reason, then the refund shall be calculated pro-rata based on the package selected and their liability shall be limited to this partial refund.

7. The client must inform Filmmakers of London of any technical problems or errors with the finished product within 28 days of delivery. After 28 days, if no notification has been received, the client shall be deemed to be satisfied with the product. After this stage raw footage may be deleted and re-edits may no longer be possible.

7.1 Filmmakers of London will undertake a re-edit of the finished product if there are technical errors or the Client can provide evidence that an agreed written brief has not been followed. All re-edits will be at complete discretion of Filmmakers of London and additional charges may occur for re-edits if Filmmakers of London deem the finished product of a satisfactory quality.

7.2 Filmmakers of London will aim keep all finished products for a minimum of 12 months and additional copies may be ordered within this time. After this period Filmmakers of London cannot guarantee additional copies of the film can be produced.

8. This Wedding Film/ Photography Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no changes or variations shall be valid unless done in writing and agreed by all parties. Additional extras requested beyond those detailed on the above form shall be quoted for and paid on order.

Soundtrack:

To complete your wedding video we create a soundtrack to back your film. Around 4 weeks before your wedding date we will send out a questionnaire asking you to state if you have any preferences for these pieces otherwise we will select a soundtrack based on our discretion. Please note we may change the order of songs or use appropriate replacements in fitting with the style of the film if original choices are unavailable or not suitable.

We recommend providing a list 5 songs for a full day wedding film or 2 or 3 for a half day film. We also suggest choosing a couple of slower and a couple of more upbeat ones. Don't worry if you can't decide at this stage, but please start thinking now about some songs that you make like so you like so you will be ready with your list when we get in touch.

Music copyright agreement:

Our films are licensed to use Copyrighted 'pop' songs for home viewing only. If you wish to share or display your films online or on social media please let us know so we can create a version with a piece of licensed royalty free music for you. We shall select a licensed piece of royalty free music at our own discretion.

How will you view/share your films with friends and family? *

By only selecting 'Off Line ' the Client agrees not to share, upload or distribute any films produced by Filmmakers of London unless provided with a version produced with royalty free music. Filmmakers of London accepts no liability for any penalties received by the Client for distributing copyrighted material in line with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
